A Garage You Could Live In
This project started with the demolition of an existing garage that had served its time. Confronted with differing grade heights from adjacent properties we began by forming concrete walls that tied in to the concrete pad and acted as retaining walls. From there it was standard stick framed, fitted out with electrical lights and plugs and closed in with Americana metal roofing, fiber cement cladding, and custom bent steel trim work. The new garage also houses the panel for the properties landscape lighting circuits.
